ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Kitchen Crew

  • Preparing and cooking breakfast items.

  • Get all ingredients and cooking items ready before service begins.

  • Replenish buffet food and beverage items to ensure continuous availability.

  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout service.

  • Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, egg station and buffet areas and hygienic.

  • Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

  • Performing other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1 to 2 years experience.

- Good command in English/Chinese.

- Self-discipline and hardworking.

- Responsible and trustworthy.

- Proactive team player.

- Pleasant personality and good attitude.

- The successful candidate is required to commence work at 630am
