Technical Discovery & Solution Architecture

-Client Consultation: Conduct deep-dive, face-to-face technical discovery workshops with corporate clients to audit their existing infrastructure, isolate operational pain points, and define precise system requirements.

-System Design & Engineering: Architect comprehensive technical solution designs, signal flow diagrams, and hardware/software integration topologies that precisely match client needs.

-Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead and execute technical product demonstrations, software trials, and physical proof-of-concept evaluations to build buyer confidence and validate technical viability.

-Scope & Feasibility Analysis: Run rigorous pre-sale feasibility checks on infrastructure limitations, line-of-sight metrics, and deployment constraints to minimize post-sale execution risks.

Bid Management & Commercial Support

-BOM & Proposal Construction: Partner with the Procurement & Admin Manager to build accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), evaluate alternative component options, and structure technical sections for high-value corporate bids.

-Margin Protection: Formulate technical quotes and project scope estimations with strict precision, ensuring pricing structures preserve regional operational margins and respect corporate cost frameworks.

-RFP/RFI Responses: Lead the authoring of detailed technical responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring absolute compliance with client-stipulated technical criteria.

Operational Synergy & Data Hygiene

-Cross-Functional Handover: Lead structured, face-to-face handover alignment sessions with Project Engineers and the Senior Service Manager following a won deal, ensuring deployment crews fully understand the original design intent.

-CRM & Thread Governance: Enforce excellent data hygiene within the customer relationship management (CRM) platform, keeping all technical schematics, scope agreements, and pre-sales client queries organized inside clean, single-thread files.

-Market Feedback Loop: Translate field insights, recurring client requests, and competitive feature gaps back to the Hardware Engineers and Business System Analysts to drive continuous product optimization.
