Senior Fragrance Evaluator
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9.30am – 6.30pm
Salary: $3,000 – $4,000
Location: Tampines
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research on fragrance trends, competitors, and consumer preferences
- Collaborate with fragrance team and perfumers to develop market-relevant scent profiles
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for fragrance products
- Create marketing content (product descriptions, social media materials, etc.)
- Manage fragrance development projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Provide recommendations based on customer requirements
- Initiate new ideas to improve products and market competitiveness
- Lead or support international projects to expand market presence
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Chemistry, Business, or Marketing
- Experience in fragrance retail or sales preferred
- Basic understanding of fragrance trends and consumer behaviour
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
- Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines
