We're looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer (GIS/ESRI) to join a high-impact GovTech project delivering geospatial solutions that support Singapore's digital infrastructure.

If you're passionate about spatial technologies, enterprise GIS platforms, and building scalable backend solutions, this is your opportunity to work on projects that truly matter.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop and enhance enterprise GIS applications using ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise
• Build and maintain high-performance REST APIs for geospatial services
• Develop FME workflows for spatial data integration and automation
• Optimize GIS services and spatial databases for performance and scalability
• Drive technical discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile environment

What We're Looking For

8+ years of backend or GIS development experience

Strong hands-on experience with:

• ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise
• ArcGIS Server, Portal & ArcGIS Pro
• FME Desktop & FME Server
• REST API development
• Oracle Spatial or PostGIS
• Python & JavaScript

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with Singapore Government or GovTech projects
• OneMap API experience
• Cloud GIS exposure
• ESRI Certifications
• 3D GIS experience
