Pharmacist - Outpatient (Office Hours/Central) - up to $6k/Training Provided #HAO

Salary: up to $6000

Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday Office hours

Location: Outram

You will be responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care at our outpatient pharmacy. Your duties include counselling and dispensing of medication, teaching and providing information on medication to patients, their caregivers and other healthcare workers as well as assist them in the administration of medication. You will also need to help identify, resolve and prevent medication-related problems and ensure accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceutical items. In addition, you will be required to participate in corporate quality improvement projects.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Pharmacy & VALID AHPC
