Employee Lifecycle Management & Advisory
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update personal details in HR systems.
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries across platforms (e.g., AskHR), providing timely and accurate guidance.
- Advise line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
- Notify relevant departments (HR Shared Services, IT, local IT) to deactivate system access for resignees.
- For Sales Department resignees, inform F&I and motor insurance partners (e.g., SD Contego, AXA) to remove nominee representation.
Work Pass & Compliance
- Perform OFWAS updates for employees’ residential addresses and manage work pass renewals.
- Monitor and maintain a healthy work pass quota.
- Track and ensure foreign technicians and CSAs obtain valid Singapore driving licences.
- Stay informed on ployment laws and ensure compliance with statutory reporting (e.g., MOM OED, other MOM reports).
Employee Relations &Engagement
- Support disciplinary and grievance handling processes, promoting fair and consistent practices.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and share insights with management to improve employee experience and retention.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including focus groups, dialogue sessions, and follow-up on action plans.
- Source government funding to support engagement activities and manage related budgets.
- Proactively check in with employees to understand their concerns and provide appropriate support or escalation where needed.
Performance & Talent Management
- Monitor employee confirmation dates and coordinate with line managers on employment decisions (confirmation, probation extension, non-confirmation).
- Support performance management cycles, including annual appraisals, increment, and bonus exercises.
- Assist in identifying talent development needs and support career planning initiatives.
Reporting &Administration
- Prepare monthly PX manpower reports and other required submissions.
- Verify and process invoices and purchase orders.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in PX projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve PX processes, systems, and policies.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a HR generalist role
- Knowledge in Employment Act, HR applications and statutory requirements
