Patient Service Associate

• 5.5 Day Work Week: Monday –Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm, Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm
• Location: North-East Singapore
• Basic Salary Up to S$2,800 + AWS+ Bonus + Attractive Benefits

A leading healthcare organisation is seeking a Patient Service Associate to provide frontline customer service and administrative support in a community healthcare setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service and attend to patients' enquiries
• Register appointment and walk-inpatients accurately using the clinic system
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration and queue coordination
• Perform cashiering duties, payment collection and claims processing
• Support daily clinic operations and administrative duties
• Guide and assist patients throughout their clinic visit

• Min. GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Levels or Higher NITEC
• Min.1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
