Design, implement, and support enterprise voice solutions involving:
- Sonus/Ribbon SBC (9K, 7K, 2K)
- SIP Trunking and Session Management
- SecureLogix
- Intrado E911
- VoIP and Unified Communications platforms
- LAN/WAN infrastructures
- Integrations with Avaya, Cisco, and Genesys environments.
Program & Project Delivery
- Partner with PMO teams to develop engineering-driven project plans and timelines.
- Support strategic business initiatives and enterprise transformation programs.
- Provide status updates, risk assessments, and executive communications to leadership.
- Contribute to ROM estimates, SOW preparation, BOM development, and licensing assessments.
Core Voice Technologies
- 10+ years of telecommunications and enterprise voice engineering experience.
- Sonus/Ribbon SBC platforms
- SIP and SIP/TDM trunking
- VoIP technologies
- Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
- PBX/ACD platforms
- CTI, IVR, call flows, vectors, and routing strategies.
Protocol & Network Knowledge
- SIP
- RTP/RTCP
- ISDN
- H.323
- H.248
- MGCP
- Voice codecs and media troubleshooting.
Experience with
- LAN/WAN technologies
- Routing and switching
- QoS design, tuning, and bandwidth analysis
- Multi-layered enterprise network environments.
