Work Location: Central,Singapore
Job Type: 3 years Contract,subject to renewal
About the Role
The Charity Engagement Manager (Sales) is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships with charities, corporate organisations, and other stakeholders.This client facing role oversees the end to end sales lifecycle, including business development, pipeline management, opportunity qualification, proposal development, and deal execution, while ensuring revenue targets and organisational objectives are consistently achieved. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Charity Engagement Manager leads sales initiatives, strengthens client relationships, implements structured sales processes, and collaborates across functions to deliver scalable growth, maximize engagement opportunities, and support the long term success of the organisation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, drive business growth, and expand the organization’s portfolio of charity and corporate partnerships.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Manage the end to end sales process, including prospecting, client engagement, solution presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and successful deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with charities, corporate organizations, and key stakeholders by acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their business and fundraising objectives.
- Monitor sales pipeline performance, revenue forecasts, and key sales metrics, ensuring accurate reporting and timely achievement of business targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, operations, marketing, and service delivery teams, to ensure solutions are aligned with client requirements and can be delivered successfully.
- Implement and maintain structured sales processes, tools, and best practices to improve sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and conversion rates.
- Manage existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for account growth, cross selling, and long term partnership development.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, pipeline updates, market insights, and performance analysis to support business planning and strategic decision making.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strengthen the organization’s market position.
- Perform other related tasks as when required.
- A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnership management, with at least 2 years in a client facing or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing sales pipelines, and delivering consistent revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Strong experience in managing the end to end sales lifecycle, including prospecting, opportunity qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate organizations, charities, and key stakeholders.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and sales reporting tools to manage pipelines, forecasts, and sales performance.
- Strong understanding of structured sales methodologies, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision makers and develop trusted client relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Self-motivated, results driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
