About the Role

As a CBRE Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining buildings, industrial systems, and equipment on an ongoing basis.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You’ll Do: Oversight of tenant and building services provided by CBRE in accordance with agreed Site Service Matrix to service types, levels and costs. Manages building and manufacturing field services and executes day to day operations ensuring that services are in compliance with client corporate expectations (including OIMS/SSH&E/CIMS requirements )and applicable laws/regulations. Maintain regular interaction with Business Unit personnel to ensure good communications and service satisfaction, including troubleshooting and problem resolution. Delivery of maintenance projects for new and modified facilities if any Analysis of operations data to identify, develop and implement continuous improvement resulting in increased quality and lower operating costs.

Major Responsibilities leading proponent of the SSHE process and ensures all assigned activities are conducted in a safe and effective manner by the responsible parties. Day to day management of services such as pest control, landscaping, fire alarm system maintenance and etc. Analysis of operational data for trends/ opportunities to improve maintenance both planned and reactive resulting in optimum value. Ensure all corrective work order, facilities request and Preventive Task Maintenance are being track and close in Client system (Nuvolo) on time. Compliance with all operations OIMS and CIMS requirements including maintaining up to date maintenance and operations records Development and implementation of technical solutions to operational problems.

What You’ll Need: High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. Analytical and problem solving skills. Safety, Security and Controls awareness. Budget planning and stewardship. Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities. Working knowledge of facility management technical disciplines, codes etc Manage contractors and vendors to deliver quality works and services A team player with good inter-personal skills Knowledge of facility related regulatory requirements and Client expectations including OIMS and CIMS requirements.
