Assistant Manager (Used Car Operations)

Responsibilities

• Execute the development of a data-driven used car pricing model, including residual value prediction.

• Implement digitalization strategies for used car pricing and inspections throughout the region.

• Oversee trade cycle management initiatives across multiple markets.

• Manage and execute various used car projects concurrently.

• Lead a team while effectively engaging with stakeholders, including distributors and dealers.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration to successfully implement project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business.

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in the automotive sector, particularly in used car functions, startup environments, or with major distributors/dealer groups.

• Strong knowledge of used car processes and pricing, along with residual value management.

• Proficiency in data science, statistical modeling, and analytics.

• Skilled in Power BI, advanced Excel, and project management.

• Demonstrated abilities in strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
