Responsibilities

  • Manage employment matters, including work pass application/renewal, contract issuance, pre-employment examination, medical and insurance claims, reservist claims, and petty cash claims

  • Support recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and assisting in the hiring process

  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee personnel records

  • Work with different departments to provide value-adding advice, support, and services to attract, retain, train, develop, reward, care, and engage employees

  • Perform other HR and general administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field

  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry

  • Experience in recruitment and handling payments of foreign workers

  • Resourceful, proactive, analytical, and meticulous, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
