HR & Admin Executive

Responsibilities
Manage employment matters, including work pass application/renewal, contract issuance, pre-employment examination, medical and insurance claims, reservist claims, and petty cash claims
Support recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and assisting in the hiring process
Maintain and update HR databases and employee personnel records
Work with different departments to provide value-adding advice, support, and services to attract, retain, train, develop, reward, care, and engage employees
Perform other HR and general administrative duties as required
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry
Experience in recruitment and handling payments of foreign workers
Resourceful, proactive, analytical, and meticulous, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
