How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to collaborate with stakeholders to understand their learning needs and develop targeted solutions that drive business outcomes. You'll also need to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience.
What you do
1. Learning Operations
Assess operational requirements and infrastructure capabilities to support L&D initiatives.
Support implementation and run operations of learning technologies, including resource and budget management.
Evaluate process effectiveness against operational standards, user needs, and business objectives.
Drive operational excellence in L&T service delivery, with strong focus on customer experience and cost efficiency.
2. Reporting & Analytics
Manage data collection and reporting, working across teams to validate and consolidate inputs.
Track operational performance (e.g. SLA adherence, turnaround time, budget utilisation).
Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process and programme improvement.
3. Process Identification & Automation
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate operational processes, in addition to operational management.
Design and implement automated workflows using tools such as Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Monitor and maintain automated processes to ensure reliability, scalability, and continued operational impact.
Who you are
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR, Learning Operations, or related fields.
Certification or exposure to project management or process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot and Power Automate).
