Introduction
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Executive to support the planning and execution of TANGS' social media strategy across all platforms.
This role will play a key part in driving TANGS' always-on social media presence through engaging content, creator collaborations and community engagement. Working closely with internal stakeholders, tenants and external partners, you will plan and execute content initiatives, support campaign integration, analyse content performance and identify opportunities to strengthen TANGS' position as a curator of newness, trends and experiences.
Social Media Strategy, Editorial Planning & Growth
Develop and manage TANGS' social media content calendar across all platforms.
Plan and execute content aligned with marketing campaigns, seasonal priorities, tenant features and in-store experiences.
Identify emerging social trends, consumer interests and content opportunities to strengthen TANGS' position as a curator of newness, trends and experiences.
Recommend new content ideas, formats and platform opportunities to improve audience engagement and social media performance.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to translate overall marketing objectives into effective social media initiatives.
Content Creation & Production
Develop and produce engaging social media content that is aligned with TANGS' brand positioning, content pillars and editorial direction.
Plan and execute social-first initiatives, including TikTok LIVE, creator collaborations and platform-specific campaigns, to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots for campaigns, store events, tenant features and experiential content.
Produce content where required, including captions, visuals and short-form videos, while supporting and collaborating with the team on day-to-day content creation.
Work closely with internal teams, tenants, creators and external partners to source, develop and curate compelling content opportunities.
Ensure content is optimised for quality, storytelling and consistency across all social media platforms.
Utilise content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite to create and refine content where required.
Community, Reporting & Coordination
Oversee community management across all social media platforms, ensuring timely responses, positive customer engagement and appropriate escalation of issues where necessary.
Monitor and analyse key social media performance metrics (e.g. reach, engagement, follower growth and traffic), providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise content performance.
Prepare monthly performance reports, highlighting key trends, learnings and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support the coordination of social media deliverables with internal stakeholders to ensure content priorities, timelines and campaign objectives are met.
Manage the end-to-end content workflow, ensuring efficient planning, approvals and execution across campaigns and always-on content.
Support the Marketing Manager in identifying opportunities to improve social media processes, community engagement and operational efficiency.
