Technology Business Analyst - Fresh Graduates

• Analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.

• You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research.

• Map current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

• Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and specifications for development teams.

• Coordinate and support UAT activities, including test case preparation and defect tracking.

• Analyze data to identify trends and provide informed recommendations to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or related

• Beginner proficiency in Design & Build Enablement, Requirements Gathering & Analysis, Business Process Mapping & Modelling, Stakeholder Management

• Experience with office suite (e.g., Excel, Ppt, Visio).

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
