Your Role & Impact
As a Patient Information Associate, you will
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and members of the public
Guide visitors to inpatient wards and direct them around the campus
Assist patients and visitors with self‑registration kiosks or counter services
Handle general enquiries clearly, calmly, and professionally
Support access control and explain visiting policies, especially during non‑visiting hours
Provide frontline counter support while maintaining a composed and helpful presence—even during busy periods
You will be working in an environment where empathy, attentiveness, and calm communication matter every day.
Shift Details
Shift‑based role
Earliest shift starts at 7:30AM
Latest shift ends at 9:00PM
Includes weekends and public holidays
5‑day work week

Requirements
Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Service Skills
At least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality, service, or retail experience is an advantage)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
IT‑savvy and proficient in common computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
