Media Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all campaigns are accounted for and completed in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation and removal of advertisements.
  • Conduct routine station checks, including inspecting posters, panels, in-train displays, and sticker advertisements.
  • Conduct routine HDB display panel check.
  • Perform competitor checks across the island.
  • Aid in troubleshooting issues with station digital screens and HDB display panels.
  • Capture proof of all digital campaign postings and upload them to the shared drive.
  • Provide support for filming/event across all assets.
  • Ensure vendors adhere to authorities and SMRT Safety and Security guidelines.
  • Provide operational assistance to the team as needed.

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Preferably minimum of GCE “A” or “O” levels.
  • Relevant working experience in a related industry is preferred.

  • Technical skills include:
    • Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Generic skills include:
    • Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for projects.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
