Media Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Ensure all campaigns are accounted for and completed in a timely manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the installation and removal of advertisements.
- Conduct routine station checks, including inspecting posters, panels, in-train displays, and sticker advertisements.
- Conduct routine HDB display panel check.
- Perform competitor checks across the island.
- Aid in troubleshooting issues with station digital screens and HDB display panels.
- Capture proof of all digital campaign postings and upload them to the shared drive.
- Provide support for filming/event across all assets.
- Ensure vendors adhere to authorities and SMRT Safety and Security guidelines.
- Provide operational assistance to the team as needed.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Preferably minimum of GCE “A” or “O” levels.
- Relevant working experience in a related industry is preferred.

- Microsoft Word, Excel

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
