Executive, Sales Support

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Engage customers on commercial queries
- Assist on rates quotations / filing / maintenance / renewal of quotation & contracts
- Manage general administrative functions relating to pre-sales activities
- Support the customer contact by preparing customer documents
- Support the customer planning and implementation process
- Provide customer information and support the identification and qualification of Sales leads
- Engage customer periodically with Key Account Managers / Sales for active interactions and involvements
- Support Sales in preparing business reviews as required
- Responsible for upkeep of ISO standards / Audit requirements / Environmental awareness and ensure maintenance of customer contracts for team.
- Manage any other tasks as assigned
YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/ degree with at least 3-4 years of work experience
- Broad understanding of the forwarding business
- Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities
- Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent basic business skills
- Experience with MS offices e.g. Outlook; experience with CRM tools preferred
