Export Logistics Assistant

Join a dynamic team where you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of pharmaceutical logistics. This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers and manage airfreight bookings while honing your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and completion of pharmaceutical logistics shipments.

• Updating import and export product inventories.

• Liaising with customers to fulfil shipment orders.

• Picking and packing of pharmaceutical products.

• Booking airfreight with airlines and executing Air Waybills (AWBs); training will be provided.

• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level qualification.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the airfreight or logistics industry.

• Customer-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Strong multitasking abilities, effective time management, and prioritisation skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel.
