About the team

The brand team within TikTok Shop's Integrated Marketing Campaigns Team brings together expertise across brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, media planning, and data analytics. By integrating multiple channels - including social media, paid advertising, public relations, partnerships, and on-ground activations - we deliver cohesive campaigns that create meaningful and measurable impact.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of livestream and video campaign initiatives for TikTok Shop Singapore, driving content supply, creator participation, and GMV growth across major ecommerce campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of livestream and video campaign mechanics, including key livestream programmes, video incentive initiatives, and ranking competitions, to maximise content supply and GMV during major ecommerce campaigns.
  • Develop campaign strategies in close partnership with seller account managers, creator managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive merchant and creator participation, ensuring strong campaign participation and commercial impact.
  • Manage campaign operations end-to-end, including planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and delivery against campaign milestones
  • Monitor livestream and video performance throughout the campaign lifecycle, analyse key performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimise future campaign strategies.
  • Continuously review operational processes to improve execution efficiency and maximise business outcomes

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or business admin or related field
  • Independent and self-motivated, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership for projects.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with a proven track record in delivering cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualification(s)

  • Prior experience in ecommerce is preferred.
  • Experience in livestream operations would be a bonus.
  • Comfortable with numbers, possessing analytical and structured thinking abilities to derive data-driven insights.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.
