Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications

• Review and ensure implementation of technical documents and procedures

• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Monitor and report on project progress, cost, and quality

• Manage resources, including labor, equipment, and materials

• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment

• Lead monthly project meetings with clients and stakeholders

• Ensure timely submission of documents and reports

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Pharama/Semiconductor/power and petrochemical construction, testing, and commissioning

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Knowledge of international codes and standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with local regulations (BCA, NEA)
