Executive Office Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to Management
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing systems and confidential records
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the corporate office
  • Oversees HR operational processes, including new hire and termination paperwork, onboarding arrangements, and orientation logistics
  • Assist with HR administrative matters and internal office procedures
  • Liaise with government agencies, vendors and external service providers
  • Provide oversight of accounts payable activities, ensuring appropriate governance, controls and timely processing
  • Monitor office budgets and administrative expenses
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by CEO

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

  • Proven relevant experience in office management, executive administration or corporate support
  • Experience in a SME or technology company will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Preferred to have some accounting knowledge. Experience with XERO is an advantage
