Executive Office Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to Management
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems and confidential records
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the corporate office
- Oversees HR operational processes, including new hire and termination paperwork, onboarding arrangements, and orientation logistics
- Assist with HR administrative matters and internal office procedures
- Liaise with government agencies, vendors and external service providers
- Provide oversight of accounts payable activities, ensuring appropriate governance, controls and timely processing
- Monitor office budgets and administrative expenses
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by CEO
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Proven relevant experience in office management, executive administration or corporate support
- Experience in a SME or technology company will be an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Preferred to have some accounting knowledge. Experience with XERO is an advantage
