RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Data, Security) to define and translate AI/ML use cases into clear product and technical requirements
• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI projects, from discovery and experimentation to production deployment and optimization
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and success metrics to track progress across multiple AI initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Facilitate workshops and technical discussions to define workflows, system integrations, and AI solution design
• Monitor and measure project performance using appropriate tools and frameworks; proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies
• Manage changes in project scope, especially in iterative AI development environments, using structured methodologies
• Prepare and present regular updates to management on project status, risks, and key milestones
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and product objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within Technology, Software Development, or AI/ML-related domains
• Hands-on experience supporting delivery of AI/ML or data-driven products (e.g., predictive models, recommendation systems, Generative AI applications)
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience working in iterative, experimentation-driven environments
• Experience facilitating discovery workshops and translating business problems into technical requirements
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, including data preparation, model development, evaluation, and deployment is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both technical and non-technical audiences)
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
• Certified Agile Project Manager or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in Media & Entertainment or Generative AI projects is a plus

• Appointment level and remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's relevant experience and assessed suitability for the role.
