Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Construction Department Head HR Project General Manager with construction experience to lead full-set HR, admin, payroll, and project claims. You will support the Managing Director and oversee company compliance, site matters, and foreign work pass applications. for overseas and local.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesSalary: The salary range for this position depends on the candidate'sexperience level

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-set human resources functions including recruitment, employment contracts, and payroll processing to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
  • Administer company compliance and office affairs, including managing WPOL and EPOL work pass systems for foreign employee applications
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling, reminders for key tasks, and ad-hoc duties
  • Prepare and submit project claims monthly to support financial and project management accuracy
  • Coordinate and manage site matters and project-related HR activities in alignment with management instructions
  • Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for clients, communicating effectively in English and Mandarin for all relevant documents, projects, and contracts
  • Maintain accurate basic accounting records related to payroll and project expenses

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to support communication with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure accuracy and clarity in documentation
  • Demonstrate maturity, reliability, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Exhibit a friendly, energetic, sincere, and cheerful personality to foster positive workplace relationships
  • Willingness to work 5.5 days per week with alternate Saturdays as required by management
  • Possess an Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or any relevant
  • qualification
  • Key Reuqirment is Efficent and Pro good in English and Mandrain, Patience and good in leadership, and mature and key resposiabilty and a leadership can handle the daily task support the Director, and general mangers for management and site works.
