Job Scope & Responsibilities
· Manage day to day financialoperations and record keeping
· Preparing balance sheets,profit, and loss statements, and other financial reports
· From AR, AP to full sets ofaccountings data entry.
· Submission invoice to ERPsystem
· Submission to Authority (CPF,GST etc..)
· Renewal of company insurancepolicy
· Handle payroll and related taxfilings
· Send S.O.A to clients bymonthly
· Prepare invoice to otherconsultants by monthly
· Perform bank reconciliationsand monitor cash flow
· Coordinate officeadministration tasks, including supplies management, meeting scheduling, travelarrangements and attend to the phone call.
· Liaise with external auditorsand provide necessary documentation
· Sorting and filing ofaccounting documents, prepare some invoices
· Maintain and update clients’information systematically & follow up on payment status
· Handle MS-Office word, excel,accounting system ERP and AI system (training will be provided)
· Accurate and timely submissionof financial reports to IRAS for sole proprietary
· Skills set on communication,planning, schedule, timeline and statutory deadline.
· Pleasant personality with goodinterpersonal skills or a team player
Pre- Requisites
· LCCI or CAT or Diploma in Accountancyor other related and at least 5-year experience in accounting field for privatelimited companies.
· Knowledge of ERP system &AI related
· You should be self-initiative,confident, flexible and able to work independently.
· Knowledge of renewal companyinsurance policy
· Knowledge of AccountsReceivables and Payables & General Ledgers.
· Knowledge of double entries,debit and credit records.
· Reporting to Office Manger& Managing Director
· Good listening andcommunications skills
