Job Description
- Recognized Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore.
- Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Technical Officer Practicing Certificate.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in construction, preferably in steel and precast building construction.
- Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for Civil and Structural related to building projects.
- A good team player and experience in assisting Resident Engineer in supervision.
- Ability to resolve site and technical issues, prepare and document detailed site progress reports.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD are preferred.
- Assist the Resident Engineer in supervision and inspection of construction work on site
- Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards, ensure safety on site
- Maintain and update site records on project progress
- Inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing material delivered to site
- Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance to statutory requirements
