Job Description

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to achieve service excellence.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor operational costs, inventory, and labour productivity.
  • Resolve customer feedback and implement effective service recovery.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and company policies.
  • Support revenue growth through upselling initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Prepare operational reports and assist in achieving business targets.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or management.
