We have built a complete and operational recruitment ecosystem. Our systems, processes, client base, and candidate database are all in place and running smoothly. Now, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Partner to help us expand and scale to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and acquire new clients to expand our market presence.
Leverage your network among C-level professionals and senior executives.
Manage the end-to-end executive search process, from interview to offer management.
Offer advisory services and tailored recruitment solutions to clients.
Represent the brand at conferences and networking events to drive business growth.

Skills and Experience Required
At least 5-10 years of experience in executive search or a mix of business and recruitment experience.
Proven track record in delivering revenue targets with strong financial and commercial acumen.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and consultative skills with a client management background.
Self-directed, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
