Warehouse Executive (West/East)

6-day work week (Saturday half day - AM shifts only)

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain accurate data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) on a daily basis
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely follow-ups
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with customers to meet scheduling requirements
• Perform weekly cycle counts and support monthly and annual inventory audits
• Maintain proper filing of warehouse documents, including equipment servicing records
• Execute daily picking, packing, and transport coordination activities
• Handle additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Ability to operate VNA, stacker, or forklift is an added advantage
• Willing to work rotating shifts (AM/PM shift)
