Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand needs and recommend suitable products
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling and promotions
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure an attractive shopping environment
- Restock merchandise to support product availability
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to drive sales
- Handle cashiering duties, including cash, card, and POS/e-commerce transactions
- Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory tracking
- Update product pricing and report inventory status to the Person-In-Charge
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, luxury, or customer service, preferably in fashion retail
- No experience is required; candidates with a strong interest in retail are welcome to apply
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends & PH
