Electrical Design Engineer

Prepare Electrical and Instrumentation design documents including:

• Design and calculate cable systems for LV and HV applications. Perform cable sizing calculations, short-circuit analysis. prepare Electrical cable schedule
• Select appropriate cable types, insulation, conductors, armouring, and accessories (joints, terminations, glands, trays, ducts)
• Ensure compliance with IEC standards and local statutory requirements
• Earthing and Lightning Protection design and drafting oflayout, section, and elevation drawings.
• Cable ladder, conduit, trunking, cable routing design. Preparationof 2D and 3D design drawings.
• Preparation of Junction box termination drawings, InstrumentLoop diagram
• Preparation of instrument cable schedule

Prepare Electrical and Instrumentation design documents such as Structure, mechanical, piping team for designinterface issue

Attend 3D model review and coordinationwith internal discipline engineers to resolves clashes.

Attend site survey and provide designsketches such as cable routing, support installation details, etc.

Attend factory inspection for E&I related material such as Fire alarm, CCTV, MCC, PLC system

Support construction site to raise material purchase request, evaluation vendor quotation, preparation of Material approvalsubmission.
