End User Support Engineer

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

  • Required to work on monthly rotational day shift 6:00am to 3pm OR 8:30am to 5:30pm

You will play a key role in maintaining a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment, supporting users across hardware, software, and network infrastructure while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, networking, and communication issues

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT incidents and service requests

  • Ensure users' technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively

  • Maintain a stable and supported PC environment across the organization

  • Provide support for printers and print management systems

  • Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory (AD) (user accounts, access control, policies)

  • Work with ITSM tools to log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests

  • Support network services including DHCP, DNS, and general connectivity troubleshooting

  • Maintain IT asset lifecycle management

Required background and experience

  • ITIL Foundation preferred

  • Experience working with an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory

  • Strong understanding of hardware & software troubleshooting

  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS)

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and user environments

  • Experience with printer troubleshooting & print management

  • Experience with IT Asset Lifecycle Management (CMDB)

  • Experience with documentation and knowledge article creation

  • Strong customer-oriented mindset
