Sales Executive (Indoor)

• Generate new sales through phonecalls, emails, and online communication.
• Follow up on leads generation and prospecting enquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products & services.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
• Achieve Monthly set sales target
• Maintain customer records in CRM system

Requirements

• Nitec/Diploma in Marketing or Sales
• Min 2-3 years with relevant experience
• Possess "Hunter" mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Computer proficiency and bilingual in languages
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous sales experience is an advantage
• Comfortable to work in SME environment
• Those who can start immediately will be highly preferred
