Responsibilities

  • Manage daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Respond to customer enquiries and conduct timely follow-ups to maintain satisfaction
  • Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and contracts to support sales and service delivery
  • Coordinate communications and activities with clients, suppliers, and project managers to align project goals
  • Support business development efforts and nurture customer relationships to drive growth
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Lodge to maintain service standards and resident satisfaction
  • Manage facilities maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects to ensure operational readiness
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to deliver quality services on schedule
  • Monitor building, equipment, and infrastructure conditions to prevent disruptions
  • Support workplace safety, fire safety, and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe environment
  • Obtain quotations, manage procurement processes, and track operational budgets for cost control
  • Coordinate inspections, audits, and follow-up actions to ensure compliance and quality standards
  • Support projects, events, and operational initiatives across departments to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Maintain operational records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation for transparency and consistency
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and resident experience through continuous improvement initiatives
