DevOps Engineer (CI/CD Automation)

Role Summary

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation to improve application delivery, reduce manual effort, and support production operations. The role collaborates with development, operations, and security teams to drive DevOps adoption, automate deployments, and continuously improve application delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Automate application deployment, release, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to streamline software delivery.
• Improve existing automation frameworks and deployment workflows.
• Drive DevOps best practices and promote automation across teams.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and support production environments.
• Develop automation tools using Linux/Unix scripting.
• Manage knowledge sharing, documentation, and team training.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and operational efficiency.
• Participate in rotational shifts and on-call support for production environments.

• Strong experience as a DevOps Engineer or CI/CD Automation Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Docker, Selenium, and TFS/Azure DevOps.
• Strong Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting skills.
• Basic Windows scripting and Active Directory knowledge.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of ITIL and production support environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in banking or enterprise environments is an advantage.
