Finance cum HR Executive (IC role) - Yishun

Responsibilities
Finance
- Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Process supplier payments, customer invoicing, and monthly payroll.
- Prepare and submit GST returns while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
Human Resources
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- Prepare employment-related documents and maintain employee records.
- Administer payroll, employee leave, claims, and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and general HR administration.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration, procurement, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle general correspondence and provide administrative support.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably handling a full set of accounts in an SME environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore GST and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with Info-Tech &/ Xero will be an advantage.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
