Finance cum HR Executive (IC role) - Yishun

Responsibilities

Finance

  • Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Process supplier payments, customer invoicing, and monthly payroll.
  • Prepare and submit GST returns while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

Human Resources

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
  • Prepare employment-related documents and maintain employee records.
  • Administer payroll, employee leave, claims, and HR documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and general HR administration.

Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office administration, procurement, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle general correspondence and provide administrative support.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably handling a full set of accounts in an SME environment.
  • Knowledge of Singapore GST and statutory compliance.
  • Familiarity with Info-Tech &/ Xero will be an advantage.
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
