ELECTRICAL DRAFTER

AWARD ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CAD / Revit Drafter to join our project team.

Prepare and revise AutoCAD and Revit drawings for M&E and electrical installation works.
Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, as-built drawings and detailed construction drawings.
Coordinate drawing requirements with project managers, engineers, supervisors and site teams.
Review consultant drawings, architectural drawings and M&E drawings.
Update drawings according to site conditions, comments and project revisions.
Assist with BIM coordination and identify possible clashes between services.
Maintain proper drawing records, revision numbers and submission documents.
Attend coordination meetings when required.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and Singapore construction standards.

Certificate, Diploma or relevant qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Drafting or a related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
Knowledge of BIM modelling and M&E coordination is preferred.
Experience in electrical or M&E construction projects will be an advantage.
Able to read architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
Able to work independently and complete drawings according to project deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidates with Singapore construction project experience are preferred.

Salary will be based on qualifications, experience and technical ability.
