Job Description & Requirements
Sales & Marketing
- Develops Strategy to meet both volumes sales and maximise margin.
- Implement marketing strategies to be in line with SEA CON & REF KPI.
- To support with marketing initiatives and technical know-how to both direct customers and distributors.
- To build strong relationship with customers & distributors in order to evangelize companies as the preferred supplier and to uphold its strong branding.
Supply Chain
- Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure smooth supply at reasonable logistics cost to customers.
- Provide as accurate sales forecast as possible through DMP software.
Market Intelligence
- Provide MI to ESMPL in cooperation with ESP MI function Finance.
- New customer request with proper credit insurance request.
- Monitoring all invoices and payment performance.
- Control and ensure no overdue invoices and take necessary action to ensure and minimize the risk in case of overdue invoices.
- Control all cost and expenses are within budget.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Engineering and/or Sales & Marketing or related field.
- 5 years’ experience in marketing & sales, preferably from cement, concrete or construction materials industry.
- Commercial: sales & marketing skills, delivery term (Incoterms), import export knowledge.
- Technical: Understanding sufficient technical aspects of the business to carry out discussions and negotiations with customers.
- Production: Process understanding, understanding the principles of company's business system.
- Must be willing to travel overseas.
