Legal Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts repository and oversee document storage.

• Draft and review contracts, legal documents, and correspondence.

• Assist in the negotiation of contracts and transactions.

• Provide legal advice to stakeholders regarding risks and compliance matters.

• Monitor and identify legal issues, recommending appropriate actions.

• Support dispute resolution efforts and legal proceedings.

• Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on relevant legal topics.

• Assist in the implementation of personal data protection regulations within affiliates.

• Coordinate with external legal advisors and internal departments when necessary.

• Conduct legal research to support various initiatives.

• Address ISO and compliance-related matters.

• Handle additional administrative, legal, and compliance tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Diploma in Legal Studies/Management (or equivalent).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate legal environments.

• Strong attention to detail and meticulousness.

• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Solid understanding of company law, contract law, and data privacy laws.

• Ability to conduct thorough legal research.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong drafting and analytical abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
