Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and answer phone calls.
- Handle courier services, meeting room bookings, and office enquiries.
- Support filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Assist with other office and administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder in any study.
- 1–3 years of receptionist or admin experience is an advantage.
