Senior Assistant Manager, Marcomms

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies across various platforms, including social media and internal channels.

• Create compelling content for publicity materials, presentations, and outreach initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with communications teams for both internal and external messaging, ensuring effective content development and media coordination.

• Organise and assist in departmental events and outreach programmes related to clinical and educational activities.

• Update and manage the corporate website and social media, maintaining content accuracy and brand alignment.

• Partner with stakeholders, including external institutions, to design and execute public education initiatives.

• Provide operational and administrative support as needed by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in marketing communications or event management.

• Strong writing and content creation abilities across various communication platforms.

• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and other media tools is preferred.
