Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnose health conditions following Traditional Chinese Medicine principles.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans incorporating Tuina, acupuncture, cupping, herbal medication, and other TCM modalities.
  • Ensure safe execution of treatment procedures while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
  • Clearly communicate treatment plans and expected outcomes to patients to enhance understanding and compliance.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients to encourage long-term care and follow-up visits.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, including doctors and physiotherapists, to explore interdisciplinary opportunities.
  • Participate in sales initiatives by recommending appropriate treatment packages or products to meet patient needs.
  • Assist with various administrative and operational tasks to improve TCM service delivery.
  • Contribute to community education and health-related outreach events.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through training and educational opportunities.
  • Support the planning and execution of events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while demonstrating professional conduct with patients and colleagues.
  • Comply with all clinical guidelines, ethical standards, and internal policies of the practice.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
  • Registration as a TCM practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board in Singapore and possession of a valid Practicing Certificate issued by TCMPB.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and during clinic operating hours (5-day work week with rostered off-days).
