Nightclub Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nightclub Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nightclub. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and Singapore's licensing and regulatory requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the nightclub.
- Lead, manage, and motivate service staff, bartenders, cashiers, and other operational employees.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower for each shift.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and overall work performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer feedback and complaints.
- Oversee bar and floor operations to ensure smooth service throughout operating hours.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Monitor stock levels of beverages and operational supplies and coordinate replenishment with management.
- Verify daily sales, cash collections, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with management on staffing, operational improvements, and business performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the premises.
- Train and coach new employees on company procedures, service standards, and workplace policies.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 years of supervisory experience in a nightclub, bar, entertainment venue, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of nightclub operations, customer service, and staff management.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to ensure compliance with Singapore's employment, workplace safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
