Senior Building Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Building Executive or Senior Building Executive to oversee operations in a premium commercial building. This role requires strong communication and management skills to ensure efficient building maintenance and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections to confirm the building is well-maintained and address any necessary rectifications.

• Manage various operational areas, including security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, irrigation, and fire safety.

• Oversee the proper use of common amenities and facilities within the building.

• Ensure regular servicing of building components in alignment with contracted schedules.

• Coordinate with the M&E team for testing and inspections during unit fit-out and reinstatement activities.

• Participate in the Emergency Response Team for the development.

• Prepare and manage budgets related to Operational and Capital Expenditures.

• Conduct regular audits of fire protection systems to ensure compliance and functionality.

• Organize fire drill exercises and liaise with tenants and authorities regarding improvement works.

• Assist in contract administration and procurement processes.

• Maintain comprehensive records of correspondence and documentation related to building operations and contractors.

• Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing feedback and handling emergencies outside normal office hours as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Building Management & Services or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.
