  • Responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR advisory, work pass administration, and compliance matters.

  • Supports employee relations, engagement initiatives, performance management, and talent development while ensuring adherence to employment laws and statutory requirements.

  • Handles HR reporting, invoice processing, and participates in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of HR generalist experience from sizeable organization, knowledge of Employment Act and statutory requirements, as well as proficiency in HR systems and MS Excel. Able to multi-task and work independently.
