Responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR advisory, work pass administration, and compliance matters.
Supports employee relations, engagement initiatives, performance management, and talent development while ensuring adherence to employment laws and statutory requirements.
Handles HR reporting, invoice processing, and participates in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of HR generalist experience from sizeable organization, knowledge of Employment Act and statutory requirements, as well as proficiency in HR systems and MS Excel. Able to multi-task and work independently.
