As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support the Head of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analyses.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience.
