As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support the Head of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analyses.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience.
