IT Engineer

Business Applications
- Design, develop, and enhance business applications using ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, and SSRS.
- Support and maintain enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and internal business applications.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, reports, and dashboards for business reporting and decision-making.
- Support system integration and ensure smooth data flow across ERP and other applications.
- Handle application troubleshooting, bug fixing, testing, deployment, and ongoing system enhancements.
IT Infrastructure & Operations
- Administer Microsoft 365, including user accounts, licensing, email, and access management.
- Provide Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, printers, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Support IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization, storage, backups, and network systems.
- Participate in infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, migrations, cloud initiatives, and IT improvements.
Security & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, governance standards, and system reliability practices, including participation in DR testing and system upgrades.
- Support automation, digital transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance IT efficiency and business productivity
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data lookup or troubleshooting
- Familiarity with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reporting tools for generating or troubleshooting business reports
- Exposure to application development concepts, including understanding of system logic, UI/UX basics, and collaborating with software vendors or internal developers is an advantage
- Familiarity with Active Directory, user account setup, and Windows-based systems is an advantage
- General understanding of network/infrastructure basics (for backup support of infra engineer) is an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with end-users and vendors.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple support issues.
