Job Summary
As a Telemarketer, you will contact potential customers byphone to promote products, generate leads, and build relationships to meet orexceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products and services effectively
- Identify and qualify leads to schedule follow-up calls or meetings for sales progression
- Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and interests to tailor solutions
- Address customer objections by providing clear solutions and overcoming concerns
- Process sales orders accurately and handle customer inquiries to resolve issues promptly
- Update customer information and sales data in CRM systems to maintain accurate records
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through consistent outreach
- Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to enhance sales approaches
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies
- Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience of 1-2 years
- Spoken English and Mandarin
- Basic computer skills including CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and handle rejection professionally
- Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Confidence and persuasiveness in phone interactions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Working Hours
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary and Benefits
- Basic pay $2500 - 3000
