Sales Admin/Sales Coordinator

- Position : Sales Admin (Logistics documentation)
- Location : Kallang Pudding Road (Nearest MRT: Mattar)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $3,500 + AWS + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities
- Handle quotations, orders, and customer enquiries
- Process sales orders and update customers on delivery status
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment
- Support invoicing, payment follow-up, and sales admin tasks
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
- Liaise with suppliers / factories / service providers on order status and shipment updates (as needed)
- Coordinate basic shipping / delivery documentation and scheduling (training provided if required)
- Support ad-hoc coordination duties related to customer orders and fulfilment
Requirements
- Minimum O’/A’ Levels and/or Polytechnic Diploma in relevant fields of study.
- Minimum two years of experience in handling sales quotations, logistics, customer-service, clerical & administrative functions.
- Knowledge in international freight forwarding is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
