Sales Admin/Sales Coordinator

  • Position : Sales Admin (Logistics documentation)
  • Location : Kallang Pudding Road (Nearest MRT: Mattar)
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $3,500 + AWS + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Manufacturing – Hospitality Equipments

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle quotations, orders, and customer enquiries
  • Process sales orders and update customers on delivery status
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment
  • Support invoicing, payment follow-up, and sales admin tasks
  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers / factories / service providers on order status and shipment updates (as needed)
  • Coordinate basic shipping / delivery documentation and scheduling (training provided if required)
  • Support ad-hoc coordination duties related to customer orders and fulfilment

Requirements

  • Minimum O’/A’ Levels and/or Polytechnic Diploma in relevant fields of study.
  • Minimum two years of experience in handling sales quotations, logistics, customer-service, clerical & administrative functions.
  • Knowledge in international freight forwarding is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
