Responsibilities

• Regular Inspections: Conducts scheduled inspections and diagnostic checks on carpark equipment to identify potential issues like wear and tear before they escalate.
• Routine Servicing: Performs tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and replacing worn components to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Repairing: Perform minor repairs to maintain equipment functionality.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including inspection findings, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations, maintain workplace cleanliness, and follow proper safety protocols.
• Basic Computer Skills: Utilizing computer systems for record-keeping and communication.
• Any other work: Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must possess at least a NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
• Experience from carpark industry will be of advantage.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environments.
• Basic in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
• Holds a valid Class 2B or Class 3 Singapore license for travelling to multiple sites purpose.
• Willing to work on Weekends and Public holidays (if needed).
